Rentals Include:

  • Use of rental area(s)
  • All needed Museum Security Guards
  • Kitchen or catering area access
  • Podium / Microphone
  • Wifi and internet connection
  • Video screen in Old Gallery and/or Richardt Room

Rentals Do NOT Include:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Linens
  • Dishes, glassware and flatware
  • Audiovisual equipment

Note: Your tables and chairs may easily be obtained from a certified rental facility. Please note that all tables and chairs must have appropriate sliders and grippers in order to not damage flooring. (See Preferred Vendors List)

Liquor License:

The Museum has a Three-way Liquor License, any events wanting to serve any alcohol must arrange that through the Museum and not any outside vendors. When alcohol is served at an event, additional security from Off-Duty Police Officers is required. Officers will be hired by the Museum but paid for by the renter.


* 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organizations, Corporate Members (Memberships beginning at $250) for business events, or individual Members at the $1,000 level and up for personal parties, i.e. anniversary, birthday parties or showers.

Set up begins at 11:00 a.m. day of event.  Event should end and be cleaned up by 11:00 p.m.  Exceptions will be made on a per event occurrence, based off of the Museum’s calendar and specific event contract. If set up is to occur prior to the day of actual event, additional rental fees will be required.

Additional Security is $25 per guard per hour for events lasting past 10:00 p.m. Any time past the top of each hour will count as a full hour.

***Pricing structure for Gaming Parties (up to 8 participants). A $50 deposit is required for all Gaming Party rentals.
