Koch Immersive Theater Guidelines
- Please arrive with plenty of time to find a parking space, purchase your tickets and select your seat. Due to the dark environment in our theater, there is no late admission. Those who exit during a show should not expect to be re-admitted.
- Cell phones and other light-emitting devices interfere with others’ enjoyment of our shows. Guests wearing light-up shoes may be asked to remove them before being seated.
- Children attending Theater programs without a ticket should sit on the lap of an adult. There are no refunds or exchanges after a ticket is purchased.
Advance seating is available on the day of the show for guests with special needs and those who use wheelchairs, assisted listening devices and open captioning (when available). Please see a Museum staff member for assistance.
